At Trillium, we understand that our stock plans do not work for everyone, but our commitment to bringing you the best product at the lowest price means that changes to the plans are not simple. We bring value to the table by manufacturing our packages in bulk, therefore any changes require additional work. Custom orders require extensive coordination with you and require a new engineering review, building code review, ductwork layout, and heat loss calculations.
Once Trillium prepares your Custom Home drawings, we can then manufacture your home to these specifications. The process for a Custom Home package can vary from 4-16 weeks, depending on the size and scope of the project. The cost of a Custom Home package will be based on your specifications and therefore, Trillium Steel cannot commit to pricing until the drawings are completed. However, once completed, you will be provided with the same customizing options as our standard Home packages.

- Coordination with you to design your perfect Pre-engineered Steel Home
- Architectural Permit Drawings (floor plans, elevations, details, and sections)
- Mechanical Duct Design Drawings
- Heat-Loss Calculations
- 3 Revisions are included, additional revisions will be charged @ $599.00
Due to the above requirements, payment for the design will be required in full prior to the customizing process beginning.
